Sec. 1081.058. CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER; ASSISTANT TO CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER.
(a)The board shall appoint a qualified person as the chief executive officer of the district.
(b)The board may appoint an assistant to the chief executive officer.
(c)The chief executive officer and any assistant to the chief executive officer serve at the will of the board and are entitled to the compensation determined by the board.
