Sec. 1076.210. BONDS EXEMPT FROM TAXATION. The following are exempt from taxation by this state:

(1)bonds issued by the district;
(2)the transfer of the bonds; and
(3)the income from the bonds, including profits made on the sale of the bonds. SUBCHAPTER F. TAXES
