Sec. 1076.060. APPOINTMENT AND REMOVAL OF MEDICAL STAFF AND EMPLOYEES.

(a)The board may appoint any doctors to its medical staff and employ any technicians, nurses, and other employees as considered necessary for the efficient operation of the district or may provide that the district administrator has the authority to employ those persons.
(b)The board may make temporary appointments the board considers necessary.
(c)The board may, after due process, remove from the medical staff any doctor whose removal the board considers necessary for the efficient operation of the district.
