Sec. 1074.211. SECURITY OF CERTAIN BONDS. Bonds authorized at an election held in the district before May 20, 2003, may be payable from and secured by:

(1)taxes as authorized by the election; or
(2)a pledge of a combination of ad valorem taxes, revenues, and other sources as authorized by Section 1074.208 . SUBCHAPTER F. TAXES
