Sec. 1074.051. BOARD ELECTION; TERM.
(a)The board consists of six directors elected from the district in accordance with former Section 3.04(f), Chapter 132, Acts of the 74th Legislature, Regular Session, 1995.
(b)Directors serve staggered three-year terms.
(c)A directors' election to elect two directors shall be held annually on the May uniform election date or another date authorized by law.
