Sec. 1058.106. CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS.

(a)The board, on behalf of the district, may enter into a construction contract that exceeds the amount provided by Section 271.024 , Local Government Code, only after advertising in the manner provided by Subchapter B , Chapter 271 , Local Government Code.
