Sec. 1058.058. RECORDS OF PROCEEDINGS.
(a)The board shall require the board secretary to keep suitable records of all proceedings of each board meeting.
(b)After each meeting:
(1)the member presiding at the meeting shall read and sign the record; and
(2)the board secretary shall attest the record.
