Sec. 1057.054. RECORDS OF PROCEEDINGS.

(a)The secretary shall keep suitable records of all proceedings of each board meeting.
(b)After each meeting:
(1)the manager presiding at the meeting shall read and sign the record; and
(2)the secretary shall attest the record.
