Sec. 1046.052. NOTICE OF ELECTION.
(a)Except as provided by Subsection (b), at least 30 days before the date of an election of directors, the board shall publish notice of the election one time in a newspaper or newspapers that individually or collectively have general circulation in the district.
(b)At least seven days before the date of a runoff election of directors, the board shall publish notice of the election one time in a newspaper or newspapers that individually or collectively have general circulation in the area of the runoff election.
