Sec. 1040.053. BOND; RECORD OF BOND AND OATH OR AFFIRMATION OF OFFICE.

(a)Each director shall execute a good and sufficient bond for $1,000 that is:
(1)payable to the district; and
(2)conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.
(b)Repealed by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 131 , Sec. 7, eff. May 28, 2015.
