Sec. 1010.055. OFFICERS.

(a)The board shall elect from its membership a president, a vice president, a secretary, a treasurer, and any other officers the board considers necessary. The district's depository bank may be designated as district treasurer.
(b)The president is the district's chief executive officer and shall preside at all board meetings. The vice president shall act as president if the president is absent or disabled.
(c)The secretary shall:
(1)act as president if both the president and vice president are absent or disabled;
(2)act as secretary of the board; and
(3)see that all district records and books are properly kept.
(d)The board may appoint an assistant or deputy secretary to assist the secretary. The assistant or deputy secretary may certify the authenticity of
