Sec. 1005.107. ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY SYSTEMS OF CARE. The board may create alternative delivery systems of care, including:

(1)nursing homes;
(2)home health care agencies;
(3)extended care facilities;
(4)retirement villages; and
(5)medical office buildings.
