Sec. 90.008. PUBLIC ACCESS.

(a)Except as otherwise allowed by law, a person may not restrict, obstruct, interfere with, or limit public recreational use of a protected freshwater area.
(b)This section does not allow the public to use private property to gain access to a protected freshwater area without permission of the landowner.
