Sec. 604.154. CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS.

(a)The advisory board shall establish for the renewal of a certificate uniform continuing education requirements of not less than 12 or more than 24 continuing education hours for each renewal period.
(b)The advisory board may adopt rules relating to meeting the continuing education requirements in a hardship situation.
