Sec. 604.024. TERMS; VACANCIES.

(a)Members of the advisory board are appointed for staggered six-year terms. The terms of three members expire on February 1 of each odd-numbered year.
(b)A member may not serve more than:
(1)two consecutive full terms; or
(2)a total of three full terms.
(c)If a vacancy occurs during a member's term, the governor shall appoint a new member to fill the unexpired term.
