Sec. 566.003. NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
(a)If the board by order determines that a violation occurred and imposes an administrative penalty, the board shall give notice of the board's order to the person found to have committed the violation.
(b)The notice must include a statement of the person's right to judicial review of the order.
