Sec. 555.008. NOTICE TO BOARD CONCERNING COMPLAINTS.
(a)The executive director shall notify the board of the number of complaints that are unresolved after two years after the date of the filing of the complaint. The executive director shall provide the board with an explanation of the reason that a complaint has not been resolved.
(b)The executive director shall provide the notice and explanation required under Subsection (a) periodically at regularly scheduled board meetings.
