Sec. 504.252. DISCIPLINARY POWERS OF DEPARTMENT.

(a)On a determination that grounds exist to deny a license, registration, or certification issued by the department or license, registration, or certification renewal issued by the department or to take disciplinary action against the holder of a license, registration, or certification issued by the department, the department may:
(1)refuse to issue or renew a license, registration, or certification;
(2)revoke or suspend a license, registration, or certification;
(3)place on probation a license, registration, or certification holder whose license, registration, or certification is suspended; or
(4)reprimand a license, registration, or certification holder.
