Sec. 504.101. CONSUMER INTEREST INFORMATION.
(a)The department shall prepare information of consumer interest describing the regulatory functions of the department and the procedures by which consumer complaints are filed with and resolved by the department.
(b)The department shall make the information available to the public and appropriate state agencies.
