Sec. 451.157. TEMPORARY LICENSE.

(a)The department may issue a temporary license to an applicant if the applicant satisfies:
(1)the requirements of Section 451.153 ; and
(2)any other requirement established by the commission.
(b)The commission by rule shall prescribe the time during which a temporary license is valid. SUBCHAPTER E. LICENSE RENEWAL
