Sec. 2402.002. NATURE OF TRANSPORTATION NETWORK AND DELIVERY NETWORK COMPANIES, DRIVERS, DELIVERY PERSONS, AND VEHICLES. Transportation network companies, delivery network companies, and drivers or delivery persons logged in to the company's digital network are not common carriers, contract carriers, or motor carriers.
