Sec. 2051.457. FAILURE TO PAY ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY.

(a)If an athlete agent fails to pay the administrative penalty and does not request a hearing as provided by Section 2051.453 , the secretary of state may revoke the agent's certificate of registration, refuse to renew the agent's certificate of registration, or refuse to issue a certificate of registration to the agent.
(b)If, after a hearing, an athlete agent fails to pay the administrative penalty as required by Section 2051.454 , the secretary of state may revoke the agent's certificate of registration, refuse to renew the agent's certificate of registration, or refuse to issue a certificate of registration to the agent.
