Sec. 2024.051. COLLECTION AND DEPOSIT OF STATE'S SHARE.
(a)The comptroller by rule may prescribe procedures for the collection and deposit of the state's share of each pari-mutuel pool.
(b)A racetrack association shall deposit the state's share of each pari-mutuel pool at the time and in the manner prescribed by comptroller rule.
