Sec. 2022.105. BOOKS AND RECORDS; INSPECTION.

(a)The commission shall require racetrack associations, managers, totalisator license holders, and concessionaires to keep books and records and to submit financial statements to the commission.
(b)Except as provided by Section 2024.002 (b), the commission shall adopt rules relating to the matters described by Subsection (a).
