Sec. 2022.002. TERM OF OFFICE.
(a)Appointed commission members hold office for staggered terms of six years with the terms of two or three members expiring February 1 of each odd-numbered year.
(b)An ex officio member holds office on the commission for the time the member holds the member's other office.
