Sec. 1804.201. AUDIT BY ATTORNEY GENERAL.
(a)The attorney general may request reasonable and necessary information from a veterans organization or a veterans organization solicitor for the purpose of auditing or verifying the representations contained in a registration statement.
(b)The attorney general may audit representations made by a veterans organization solicitor during a solicitation to determine whether the solicitation complies with this chapter.
