Sec. 1803.056. SOLICITOR BOND.
(a)A public safety solicitor shall post with the secretary of state a $10,000 surety bond issued by a surety company authorized to do business in this state.
(b)The bond must be payable to the state and conditioned on compliance with this chapter.
