Sec. 1603.2205. USE OF ESTABLISHMENT AS SLEEPING QUARTERS PROHIBITED.

(a)An owner or manager of a licensed establishment may not permit a person to sleep in a room used as part of the establishment.
(b)A person may not perform an act for which a license is required in a room in an establishment that is used as sleeping quarters. SUBCHAPTER E-3. SCHOOL LICENSES; OPERATION
