Sec. 1603.052. DUTIES OF ADVISORY BOARD.

(a)The advisory board shall advise the commission and the department on:
(1)education and curricula for applicants;
(2)the content of examinations;
(3)proposed rules and standards on technical issues related to barbering and cosmetology; and
(4)other issues affecting barbering and cosmetology.
(b)The advisory board shall respond to questions from the commission and the department regarding barbering and cosmetology.
