Sec. 1304.103. REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL FEES.

(a)The executive director shall develop a tiered schedule of registration and renewal fees under which a provider's fee is based on the number of service contracts the provider sold or issued in this state during the preceding 12-month period.
(b)The commission shall set fees to cover the costs of administering this chapter, including registration and renewal fees for administrators.
(c)To register or renew a registration, a provider or administrator must pay the appropriate fee.
