Sec. 504.055. RESTRICTIONS ON REGISTERED AGENT AND OFFICE.
(a)The registered agent of a Type A corporation must be an individual who is a resident of this state.
(b)The registered office of a Type A corporation must be located within the boundaries of the authorizing municipality.
