Sec. 395.015. MAXIMUM FEE PER SERVICE UNIT.

(a)The impact fee per service unit may not exceed the amount determined by subtracting the amount in Section 395.014 (a)(7) from the costs of the capital improvements described by Section 395.014 (a)(3) and dividing that amount by the total number of projected service units described by Section 395.014 (a)(5).
(b)If the number of new service units projected over a reasonable period of time is less than the total number of new service units shown by the approved land use assumptions at full development of the service area, the maximum impact fee per service unit shall be calculated by dividing the costs of the part of the capital improvements necessitated by and attributable to projected new service units described by Section 395.014 (a)(6) by t
