Sec. 393.006. PAYMENT OF EXPENSES; CONVEYANCE POWERS.
(a)A public body may incur the entire expense of any public improvement made by the public body in exercising powers under this chapter.
(b)A public body may sell, convey, lease, or make an agreement under this chapter without appraisal, public notice, advertisement, or public bidding.
