Sec. 373A.053. INVENTORY OF PROPERTIES.

(a)The municipality and any county containing all or the greatest portion of the district shall each prepare on an annual basis an inventory of all land owned by the municipality or county, as appropriate, in the district and the current and projected uses of the land.
(b)The municipality and the county shall prepare on an annual basis a list of parcels of land for which delinquent taxes have been owed for a period of two or more years.
(c)The municipality and the county shall make the inventories prepared under Subsection (a) available to the public on request.
