Sec. 336.159. EXPANSION OF DISTRICT.
(a)The district may expand to include additional territory if the commissioners court of the county in which the district is located holds an election for that purpose in the territory to be added to the district.
(b)If a majority of the voters voting at the expansion election approve the expansion of the district, the territory of the district is expanded.
