Sec. 320.072. ELECTION.

(a)Revenue bonds may not be issued unless authorized by a majority vote of the qualified voters of the county voting at an election ordered for that purpose by the commissioners court.
(b)The election shall be ordered and held, and notice of the election shall be given, as provided by Chapter 1251 , Government Code, except that the ballot shall be printed to provide for voting for or against the proposition: "The issuance of $___________ in park revenue bonds payable solely from revenues."
