Sec. 320.050. SUPERVISION BY COMMISSIONERS COURT.

(a)Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, the board is subject to the supervision of the commissioners court in the exercise of all rights, powers, and privileges and in the performance of all duties.
(b)The commissioners court must approve all contracts, leases, deeds, and other agreements made or granted by the board. An appropriate entry in the minutes of the commissioners court is sufficient evidence of approval. SUBCHAPTER D. REVENUE BONDS
