Sec. 263.055. CONVEYANCE OF PROPERTY FROM COUNTY TO TEXAS A&I UNIVERSITY FOUNDATION, INC.

(a)A county may convey surplus personal or real property of the county at a private sale to Texas A&I University Foundation, Inc., for any fair consideration approved by the commissioners court of the county.
(b)Property conveyed under this section must be used for higher education purposes in the county that conveyed the property. If at any time after the date a conveyance of real property is executed under this section the real property is used for a purpose other than a higher education purpose, ownership of the property reverts to the county that conveyed the property.
(c)For a conveyance under this section to be effective, the commissioners court must authorize the conveyance by an order enter
