Sec. 158.031. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:
(1)"Commission" means a sheriff's department civil service commission.
(2)"Department" means a sheriff's department.
(3)"Employee" means an employee of a sheriff's department. The term includes a deputy sheriff.
