Sec. 135.052. ALLOCATION OF DEPOSITED FEES.

(a)Money collected under Subchapter C as civil fees imposed on or after January 1, 2022, shall be allocated according to the percentages provided by Sections 135.101 , 135.102 , and 135.103 , as applicable.
