Sec. 505.058. POSTPONEMENT OF HEARING. If an injured employee is receiving benefits under this chapter and the department is providing hospitalization or medical treatment to the employee, the division of workers' compensation may postpone the hearing of the employee's claim. An appeal may not be taken from an order of the commissioner of workers' compensation under this section.
