Sec. 411.031. JOB SAFETY INFORMATION SYSTEM; COOPERATION WITH OTHER AGENCIES.
(a)The division shall maintain a job safety information system.
(b)The division shall obtain from any appropriate state agency, including the Texas Workforce Commission, the Department of State Health Services, and the Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, data and statistics, including data and statistics compiled for rate-making purposes.
(c)The division shall consult with the Texas Workforce Commission in the design of data information and retrieval systems to accomplish the mutual purposes of the division and the Texas Workforce Commission.
