Sec. 407A.451. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter:
(1)"Board" means the board of directors of the guaranty fund.
(2)"Guaranty fund" means the Texas self-insurance group guaranty fund.
(3)"Trust fund" means the trust fund established under Section 407A.457 .
