Sec. 912.303. BOOKS AND RECORDS.
(a)A county mutual insurance company shall maintain the company's books and records in a form and manner that accurately reflects the condition of the company or the facts essential to the company's faithful and effective operation.
(b)The company shall use forms or systems that most effectively serve the purposes of this section.
