Sec. 912.058. VOTING BY POLICYHOLDERS.
(a)Each policyholder of a county mutual insurance company is entitled to only one vote at a policyholders' meeting.
(b)A policyholder may not vote by proxy unless the company's bylaws specifically authorize voting in that manner.
