Sec. 885.254. IMMUNITY.
(a)A director, officer, employee, member, or volunteer of a fraternal benefit society serving without compensation is not personally liable for damages resulting from an act or omission in the exercise of judgment or discretion in connection with the duties of that person for the society unless the act or omission involved wilful or wanton misconduct.
(b)This section does not limit a fraternal benefit society's direct or indirect liability.
