Sec. 885.059. LOCATION OF MEETINGS OF SUPREME GOVERNING BODY.
(a)A domestic fraternal benefit society may provide that its supreme governing body may hold meetings in any state, district, province, or territory in which the society has a lodge.
(b)All business transacted at a meeting authorized under Subsection (a) is as valid in all respects as if the meeting were held in this state.
