Sec. 848.106. QUALITY AND COST OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES.

(a)A health care collaborative shall establish policies to improve the quality and control the cost of health care services provided by participating physicians and health care providers that are consistent with prevailing professionally recognized standards of medical practice. The policies must include standards and procedures relating to:
(1)the selection and credentialing of participating physicians and health care providers;
(2)the development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of evidence-based best practices and other processes to improve the quality and control the cost of health care services provided by participating physicians and health care providers, including practices or processes to reduce the occurrence o
