Sec. 651.206. SURRENDER OF LICENSE; EFFECT.
(a)A license holder may surrender a license by delivering to the department written notice that the license holder surrenders the license.
(b)The surrender of a license does not affect any civil or criminal liability of the person for an act committed before the surrender.
