Sec. 651.202. CONFIDENTIALITY OF REPORTS AND RELATED MATERIAL.

(a)A report of an examination or investigation under Section 651.201 and any correspondence or memoranda concerning or arising from the examination or investigation:
(1)are confidential communications;
(2)are not subject to subpoena; and
(3)may not be made public, except in connection with a hearing under Section 651.204 or an appearance in connection with the hearing.
(b)Subsection (a) applies to an authenticated copy of a report described by Subsection (a) in the possession of the commissioner, the department, or a license holder.
(c)Information obtained in the course of an examination or investigation may be made available to another governmental agency if the information involves a matter within the scope or jurisdict
